How marking works. This page checks that every piece is placed legally. It does not know which arrangement is the answer. When you submit, the server signs your current arrangement and recent action history. The course grader checks the signature and compares your arrangement with the target.

Move pieces

When a piece is on the board, the arrow keys move it by one square. Q/E rotate it. T returns it to the tray.
